We seek enthusiastic individuals, passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. This role entails traveling to clients' homes to provide early intervention therapy, enhancing children's communication, social, self-help, and play skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking part in AI product development to revolutionize Bahavioral Care
  • Deliver in-home early intervention therapy.
  • Work under the guidance of a BCBA, applying evidence-based behavioral techniques.
  • Tailor therapeutic activities to individual client preferences.
  • Address challenging behaviors with de-escalation techniques and appropriate skill prompting.
  • Maintain accurate client records while respecting privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical leadership to build rapport with families.
  • Prepare for upcoming sessions, support peers, and contribute to Rori's growth and community outreach initiatives.
  • Duties might include toilet training and diaper changing.
