• Working directly with clients to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collecting data on client progress and ensuring accuracy in tracking the effectiveness of ABA interventions.
• Assisting with the development of individualized behavior plans and monitoring client progress over time.
• Utilizing positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintaining professional communication with families and providing support in implementing behavior strategies at home.
