Rori ABA Care LLC (“Rori Care”, “we”, “us”) provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children in the San Jose and Oakland areas of California. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, our social media pages and our advertising forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code when you request a consultation, check insurance, apply for a job or fill in a form on this site or in one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms.
- Answers about your family’s needs — for example which of our centers is closer to you, which insurance you have, what times suit your child, and whether your child already has a diagnosis or a doctor’s referral for ABA therapy.
- Insurance details — if you use our eligibility check, the details you enter are sent to our clearinghouse to confirm coverage.
- Usage information — pages visited, device and browser type, collected by Google Analytics and similar tools. We do not send form contents to analytics providers.
How we use it
- To contact you about services you asked about, schedule a consultation or assessment, and check your insurance benefits.
- To match your child with a center, clinician and schedule that fits your family.
- To answer job applications.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run our practice — for example our scheduling and records system, email and text-message providers, our insurance clearinghouse and your health plan — and only as needed to provide the service you requested, or when the law requires it.
Health information
Once your child becomes a client, the health information we hold is protected under HIPAA and handled according to our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide at intake. Please do not send detailed medical records through website or social media forms; we will give you a secure way to share them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
